- Ingredients:
- organic quick oats (we buy it from our local Whole Foods store);
- apple (we use Fuji, or Golden Delicious)
- How to cook it:
- Boil water
- Skin apple, and cut the apple meat to bite size pieces
- When water reaches boiling temperature, add apple;
- Cook for 4 minutes
- Lower heating level to low (we have an electric stove. Low = 3/10)
- Add oatmeal, stire until well distributed in the water;
- Keep cooking for 5 minutes, stir once in a while
- Pure in a bowl and cool off.
