- Ingredients:
- ground pork (1/2 pound)
- mushroom
- organic quick oats
- 淀粉 (corn starch)
- Ginger
- Noodle
- Spinach
- How to cook it:
- Mix ground pork with a few tea spoon of oatmeal, and half tea spoon of corn starch; Add water if needed so the end product is soft but not watery;
- Boil water, add ginger.
- Make meatballs out of the mixed ground pork; Drop bite-sized meanball into boiling water
- When all meanballs seem to be floating, turn the stove off and get out all the meatball
- Turn on stove and boil the left-over soup;
- Add noodle and boil until soft
- Add meatball
- Add mushroom
- Add spinach
- Cook until the soup boils again;
- Add soy sauce and salt to prefered level
