Ingredients:
- Meatball (cooked, see below);
- Chopped mushroom;
- Chopped carrot; Microwaved to tender;
- Chopped ginger and garlic;
- Brocoli/Sweat pepper/Asparagus/Butter Squash (pick one or more)
- Stir fry vegetables with ginger and garlic (Brocoli/Sweat pepper/Asparagus/Butter Squash);
- Add meatball, stir fry a little bit more;
- Add mushroom;
- Add carrot;
- Add soy-sauce and a little bit of water;
- Cook with wok cover on for a few minutes;
- Check if more salt/soy sauce is needed;
- Ready to eat!
