Ingredients:

- Corn (frozen)
- Mushroom
- Ginger/Garlic (large piece of ginger, and whole garlic so that guy does not eat anything "spicy")
- Chicken meat (chicken breast from whole organic chicken bought at whole food)
- Shrimp
- Add cooking oil; Place half ginger/garlic in; Stir fry chicken; Put on a dish for later use;
- Add cooking oil, Place another half of ginger/garlic in; Place tofu inside; Cook for a little bit;
- Add peas, corn, mushroom, shrimp;
- Adjust heat to see boiling of juice;
- Place cover on top of the wok; Adjust heat to medium; Simmer for 10 minutes;
- Add cooked chicken meat in;
- Add soy sauce to desired level; Stir the whole thing until soy sauce is evenly distributed;
